Frame to Frame, LLC Rights and Responsibilities Photography Contract Agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $50 deposit that will be applied to the cost of the appointment once completed. Deposits will not be refunded for appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled time.
HOME MUST BE READY: A checklist has been provided for home preparation. All home preparations, cleaning, or staging, must be done before your appointment. During the visit, the photographer may need to move some items briefly for photo shooting purposes. They will be returned to their proper place accordingly. We will be respectful of property during the visit and ask permission, if necessary, to move items. The home should be prepared accordingly, and the photographer should be able to freely move throughout the house with equipment. If the shoot cannot be done, there will be a $25.00 trip fee. TRIP FEES will be applied to locations more than 25 miles from the business address 8407 Bandera Rd. Ste 103 #422, San Antonio, TX 78250 as follows:26-40 miles $25.0041-60 miles $35.0060 miles or more $55.00 SAFETY ON SITE: For the safety of the photographer and all equipment that will be moving throughout the house, we ask that all animals are secure from freely roaming while the photographer is present if home is occupied. LICENSING AGREEMENT: Customers of Frame to Frame, LLC are paying for a Photography Service and are purchasing a non-transferable license to use the photographs for the current MLS listing only and may not be used for any other purpose. Photographs may not be given or re-sold to be used by someone else. Photographer maintains exclusive ownership of the images. AiRBnB/Rental properties - a continuous use agreement is included, provided the client booked and paid for the appropriate photo shoot. Images can be reused for marketing without limitation. Photographer maintains exclusive ownership of the images. AMENITY PHOTOS: (Multi Unit): Community amenity photos can be added to your photo shoot for an additional $50.00. Please add this to the "notes" section when placing your order. Due to privacy laws, we can't photograph people using the amenities so some areas may be off limits (i.e. pool with residents in bathing suits.) PHOTO DELIVERY: Photo delivery will occur digitally. Customers will be provided a link with instructions via email to view images and make payment for them at that time. During proofing of images customer can contact Frame to Frame, LLC if there are quality concerns before making any payments. Frame to Frame, LLC strives for customer satisfaction. We will do our best within reasonable regard to make it right.
